MindIQQuiz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information for the MindIQQuiz mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App’s functionality and improve the user experience. The information may include:

• Device & Usage Information: anonymous analytics (app opens, screen views, feature usage), device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Local App Data: quiz scores, answers, timestamps and other quiz-related data stored locally on your device or in app-managed storage (e.g., AsyncStorage, files saved in app storage).
• Optional Personal Info: if you contact us by email or support form we may keep your email address and message to respond to support requests.
• No Account Required: MindIQQuiz does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the core quiz features.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate and maintain the App features.
• Save and display your quiz results and history locally.
• Analyze usage to improve the App’s content, stability and performance (aggregated/anonymous).
• Respond to your support requests if you contact us via email.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: analytics providers or crash-reporting services that help us understand how the App is used (we use them only for aggregated, non-identifying data unless you explicitly provide personal details).
• Legal Requirements: when required by law or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

If the App ever integrates advertising, user-facing sign-in, or sync-to-cloud features later, this policy will be updated to explain those data flows.

4. Local Storage & Files

Quiz results, recent quizzes, and generated files (if the app creates files) are saved locally on your device. These files are accessible only by the App and by other apps or services on your device if you explicitly share or export them.

5. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use third-party analytics and crash reporting tools to collect anonymous usage and performance data. These tools help us improve stability and user experience. The data collected is usually aggregated and does not identify you personally.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data stored by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Deletion: You may delete local quiz history within the App or uninstall the App to remove local data. If you contact us about specific stored records, we will assist where possible.
• Email Communications: If you email us, you can request that we delete your message or data we hold related to that communication.

9. International Transfers

The App is operated from its developer location. If you are located outside that country, please be aware data (including analytics or crash data) may be transferred to — and processed in — other countries.

10. Links to Other Sites

The App may include links to third-party websites. This policy does not apply to external sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top and, when appropriate, notify users inside the App. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
